# Quickstart

> Get AlertyAI running in under 10 minutes.

## Before you begin

* Android phone (recommended Android 10+)
* Google account for sign-in
* Internet connection for first sync

## Step 1: Install AlertyAI

    Open the app and complete Google sign-in.
    This creates your account and enables sync-backed workflows.

## Step 2: Create your first task

    Tap the mic button and speak naturally.
    Example: "Remind me to send the investor update tomorrow at 9 AM."

    Upload a screenshot or photo (meeting notes, whiteboard, checklist).
    AlertyAI extracts actionable tasks from visible text.

## Step 3: Set reminders and complete

  Choose one reminder offset:

  * At event time
  * 10 minutes before
  * 30 minutes before
  * 1 hour before
