Before you begin

  • Android phone (recommended Android 10+)
  • Google account for sign-in
  • Internet connection for first sync

Step 1: Install AlertyAI

Open the official Play Store listing for AlertyAI and install the app. Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alertyai.app
Open the app and complete Google sign-in. This creates your account and enables sync-backed workflows.

Step 2: Create your first task

Tap the mic button and speak naturally. Example: “Remind me to send the investor update tomorrow at 9 AM.”
Upload a screenshot or photo (meeting notes, whiteboard, checklist). AlertyAI extracts actionable tasks from visible text.

Step 3: Set reminders and complete

Choose one reminder offset:
  • At event time
  • 10 minutes before
  • 30 minutes before
  • 1 hour before
